Whether you’re new to church or have been part of one for 20 years, we’re glad you found us. We realize that the vast majority of people don’t attend church, so we’re committed to being a church that people love to attend. Ask your questions, share your views, and get connected.
WHEN: We meet every Sunday at 10am
WHERE: Grosvenor Church, Old Station Road, Barnstaple, EX32 8PB
How are you feeling? A simple question. The Guardian newspaper wrote in April 2021, if the pandemic has left you lacking promise, purpose and delight, sociologists have the perfect term to describe it.
If you think this is a made-up name for people who don’t have anything wrong with them that isn’t wrong with the rest of us, that’s the problem! Many of us were languishing before the pandemic. It’s not a mental illness but it is a risk factor for poor mental health.
If you don’t feel that bad, but just the usual, sort of, you know, ‘not good’ then this series is for you.
In this series, our speakers will share mistakes they have made with their mental health/wellness and outline some of Scripture’s top mental health habits that have helped them– using biblical wisdom for everyday life to help you on your way to flourishing.
Focus on the good – Toni Oatway
